TERMS & CONDITIONS – STIRLING POLO EXPERIENCE

These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to Stirling Polo Experience activities in Argentina and Uruguay. They do not apply to official or private polo tournaments, which are governed by their own regulations and organising bodies.
By booking, paying for, or participating in any Stirling Polo Experience activity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Stirling Polo Experience offers high-end polo experiences, including:
Polo lessons and coaching
Practice chukkers
Horse rental
Weekly and daily experiences
Optional accommodation and hospitality services
Services may vary depending on location, season, availability, weather conditions, field conditions and horse welfare.
Stirling Polo reserves the right to adapt schedules, formats and logistics when necessary.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (full or partial as agreed).
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure any booking.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are quoted in the agreed currency.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Availability
Stirling Polo does not guarantee:
Specific horses
Specific professionals or players
Exact match or training formats
All services are subject to availability and operational conditions.
4. Changes & Operational Flexibility
Polo is a dynamic sport. Stirling Polo reserves the right to:
Modify schedules
Adjust formats
Replace horses or staff
Such changes do not constitute breach of contract.
5. Client Conduct
Clients agree to:
Follow all instructions from staff and professionals
Respect horses, staff and other participants
Act in a safe and responsible manner
Stirling Polo may suspend participation without refund in case of unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
6. Health, Insurance & Waiver
By participating, clients confirm that:
They are physically fit for polo
They understand the risks involved
They hold valid medical insurance covering Argentina and/or Uruguay
All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to riding.
7. Horses & Third Parties
Horses and services may be provided directly or via third parties (clubs, professionals, grooms, etc.).
Stirling Polo acts as organiser and coordinator of the experience.
8. Media & Image Rights
Participants grant Stirling Polo the right to use photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stirling Polo is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses due to weather, third parties or external factors
10. Chargebacks
By completing payment, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Stirling Polo to resolve any issue in good faith.
11. Governing Law
Argentina experiences → Argentine law
Uruguay experiences → Uruguayan law
